Enter your old device serial number and other information, choose whether you want HP to collect your device, or you can drop it off at HP Store.

If applicable, back up your data and reset your old device to factory setting. then we will process the trade in process.

After inspection, HP trade in partner will contact you to confirm the trade in value. Once confirmed, HP trade in partner will process your deposit within as early as possible.
The first trade-in price quoted for your old device is valid for 5 days, so you can have more time for consideration before an upgrade.
